Meet the Team: Christian Frazier
We’re excited to continue our Meet the Team series, highlighting the people behind River City Company. Today, we’re introducing Christian Frazier, our Office Administrator and Venue Manager. Christian is the first face you’ll see when you walk through the doors of our office, and we’re incredibly grateful to have her as part of our staff.
Christian keeps our team organized and projects on track, providing steady administrative and project coordination support for the work happening in Downtown Chattanooga. As someone who truly loves her hometown, Christian brings genuine care and commitment to her role at River City Company.
What is your role here at River City Company?
I'm the Office Administrator and Venue Manager for the Waterhouse Pavilion. I keep our internal operations running smoothly and make sure one of downtown's most iconic event spaces is ready to shine.
What is your favorite part about working in Downtown Chattanooga?
Getting to be part of the energy and evolution of my hometown. I've lived here my whole life. I've raised my family here and built my career here, so being able to contribute to Chattanooga's vibrant growth from this specific seat feels deeply personal.
What’s a project or moment at River City Company that has been especially meaningful to you?
Participating in Gratefull last November was a huge highlight. Getting to be part of an event that brings the community together downtown, especially so early in my time here, reminded me why I'm passionate about this work.
What’s your favorite local restaurant, business, or hidden gem in Chattanooga?
Bluegrass Grill on Main Street. It's family-owned and operated, the breakfast is unbeatable, and it's the kind of spot where they know your order. Pure Chattanooga charm.
What’s a hidden talent or hobby you have?
I've been crocheting for over a decade, I'm currently learning to sew, and have a deep love for bookmaking, bookbinding, and restoration.
We’re grateful for the dedication, warmth, and hometown pride Christian brings to River City Company each day. From welcoming guests at our office to helping events come to life at the Waterhouse Pavilion, her impact is felt throughout our organization and across the downtown community.
