Enhance downtown’s gateway with a new 100,000 square foot retail and commercial development anchored by a state-of-the art, LEED certified 12-screen multiplex. This project will include retrofitting of the current Bijou Theater and construction of 30,000 square feet of new retail and commercial space adjacent to the new theater.

Build up downtown retail with an aggressive, targeted recruiting campaign using financial incentives and the Buy-It-Downtown program.
