The biggest condominium development ever raised in downtown Chattanooga –

$36 million, 200-units – is underway on the City’s north shore.  The three-building development is located on Manufacturers Road just west of the new Renaissance Park. It has fabulous views directly across the river of the Tennessee Aquarium.  The initial phase will include over 100 units and up to 15,000 square feet of street level retail enclosed in a five-to-six story structure.  Planned opening is in 2007.  Units will range from the mid-$100,000 range to more than $300,000.  A new Greenlife Grocery is planned near this development.  The development will include a resort-style pool, penthouse club room with viewing deck and fitness center as well as covered and controlled-access parking.
