First and Market, Limited Partnership has the development rights to this highly desirable and key parcel in the Riverfront District of Downtown Chattanooga. River Place

River Place is located in the heart of the Riverfront District in downtown Chattanooga. Adjacent to the Tennessee Aquarium (700,000+ visitors annually), this facility boasts both beautiful views of the Aquarium Plaza and the Market Street Bridge, while being located in a highly visible and frequented area. Originally built in 1993 and designed by Tuck-Hinton Architects from Nashville, TN, River Place recently underwent a $2 million renovation by the Chattanooga History Center in 2012.
