River City Company privately owns and operates Miller Plaza - a smoke-free city park, stage and pavilion located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga’s City Center.

Miller Plaza plays host for many events throughout the year, including the 17-week Nightfall Concert Series, Fresh on Fridays and many non-profit fundraising events such as spelling bees, art shows, special events and more. A beacon for downtowners looking for an outdoor lunch spot, Miller Plaza has several restaurants located on the first floor retail level, with River City Company offices located above on the second floor.
