MISSION ON MAIN
A 67,000 square-foot mixed use development with 48 stylish apartments, incredible retail spaces, and valuable onsite parking all in the center of the Main Street district. Designed to incorporate a multitude of environmentally-sensitive building techniques and achieve LEED Silver certification, the Mission will include one of Chattanooga's largest green roofs. The three story development plus underground parking garage includes first-floor commercial space perfect for local entrepreneurs, merchants, and restaurateurs. The building’s brick, concrete, and steel textures will recall the incremental facades of Main Street while incorporating modern features such as solar shutters and high efficiency systems. The architecture of the Mission will also reference Chattanooga’s colorful industrial past while celebrating an illuminated present and future with a four-story lantern that will become a beacon of commerce on the Southside. Construction is to begin in 2010 with occupancy in 2011.

CAMERON HARBOR
Located off Riverfront Parkway near Cameron Hill, this $80 million mixed-use facility is the largest private development on the city's downtown waterfront to date. The Cameron Harbor townhouses, dubbed "Tennessee coastal" in design, will include 16 luxury units of five unique floor plans ranging in size from 2564 to 4151 sq ft. and priced between $1 million and $1.8 million. Developed and constructed using environmentally responsible practices, the energy-efficient, low maintenance homes will include the optional use of a boat slip at the City of Chattanooga Marina. Adjacent to the development will be a Euro-style luxury suite hotel and restaurant. A second phase, slated to start in about two years, will feature a 25-unit high-rise condominium project, a pool and clubhouse.

WALNUT COMMONS
Walnut Commons is a mixed-use apartment building located on Walnut Street on approximately 1.6 acres of land. The 4 story building will feature loft-style apartment units and street level commercial and/or live work units. All street level spaces will have direct access to the street or an outdoor deck. At-grade covered parking and a one-level parking deck, surrounded by occupied space on 2 sides, are included. The street level units will have a more private, intimate sense with individualized entrances to each. All units above the first floor will be apartments accessible from an interior, double loaded corridor. At least one rooftop terrace will be provided for resident’s use.
