This historic restoration is converting a once-grand hotel into 14,000 square feet of commercial/retail space on the first floor and fifteen market rate apartments on the upper floors. The St. John’s Restaurant has opened, as well as several new retail shops and offices for the Community Foundation.
This development is located on Market Street directly south of the Development Resources Center and Warehouse Row. This work was completed in mid-2004.
