River Pier Landing is a $17.5 million mixed-use development in downtown Chattanooga located directly across Chestnut Street from the Tennessee Aquarium.  This new six-story development includes 18 condominiums on floors two through six selling for between $300,000 and $1,000,000 each, two new eateries and other retail occupying 17,000 square feet of ground floor space with views along Chestnut Street and the new Chattanooga Green (new riverfront park) and the Tennessee River.  The site is framed by Chestnut Street to the east, 2^nd Street to the south, the new City Pier to the west and the new riverfront park to the north. Hennan's Restaurant faces Chestnut Street and the Blue Plate Restaurant and Coldstone Creamery face the new riverfront.
