The City of Chattanooga completed construction of this ESPN regulation skatepark and outdoor in-line hockey arena in May 2000. The outdoor aggressive skating facility is located in the Southside near Finley Stadium and the Crickett Pavilion and features an on-site Pro Shop for skateboards, in-line skates, BMX gear and related equipment.
This new recreation facility provides a secure and controlled environment for area skateboarders, in-line skaters and BMXers to develop their skills. A new in-line skate hockey league has formed and local and regional tournaments have been held here. Pro tour skaters have given several demonstrations for local enthusiasts.
