This 23,000 square foot fire station consolidates three older downtown stations into one new state-of-the-art facility. It is located at 300 East Main Street in the Southside area. It was designed to compliment the new neighborhood character outlined in the Southside Plan and will service the entire downtown area.
It contains meeting space available for use by community groups. Construction was completed in April 2001.
