This project is a multi-phase mixed-use development for which Windsor/Aughtry was selected as developer by the City of Chattanooga, Tennessee. The development will consist of two separate buildings located between the Chattanooga Aquarium and the Hunter Museum.

The first phase is a 26-unit high-end residential structure, with a limited amount of commercial space, on a bluff overlooking the Tennessee River. The second phase is a 107-unit residential structure wrapped around a parking garage with commercial spaces on the ground level overlooking a new city park. Museum Bluffs/Riverside was completed in 2006 and Museum Bluffs/Parkside will be completed in late 2007.
