Frazier Terrace consists of a four-story multi-use building totaling 79,950 square feet, and an adjoining three-level 320-space parking garage that will serve as the terminus point for CARTA's downtown shuttle.  The first floor of the building totaling 15,500 square feet will include retail space ideal for restaurants, large coffee shops, or up to six retail merchants.  The second and third floors totaling 35,690 square feet will provide suites for professional and office users and over one half is already committed to medical/professional groups.  The top floor will consist of six condominiums ranging from 1,400 to 3,000 square feet.  The building includes ample basement parking and storage space for all residential units.  The three-level parking deck will accommodate visitors to the building as well as the North Shroe District.
