Work was completed in 2005 on this $4 million housing and retail development located on Frazier Avenue between Tremont Street and the Walnut Street Bridge.  The four-level 60,000 square foot structure includes 12 condominiums on the top three floors.  The building has 12,000 square feet of retail and commercial space on the ground floor.
