The Robinson Apartments were renovated in 1999 by Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise, Inc. The apartment complex includes 18 market rate units with commercial space available on the first floor. The Robinson Apartments are located at 622 Georgia Avenue across from the historic Hamilton County Courthouse.
This project utilized historic tax credits for the building renovation.
