The Crabtree renovation project is a three-story, mixed-use, private residential development located one block north of Main Street on Williams Street in the Southside. The project has nine flats and five town homes with retail space available on the lower level.
This was the first residential project to begin following the award winning Southside Redevelopment planning process that has resulted in over $100 million of public and private investment in recent years.
