This is the new home of the City of Chattanooga and Hamilton County development-related departments. This project was ambitious, asking for the design of the 3-story civic building to be a model for sustainability for the 21st century. It is located on Market Street just north of the St. John’s apartment and retail development and is one block from Prime Outlet’s at Warehouse Row in the Southside. The project will be completed in November 2001.
