The landmark Clark Brothers Furniture Store at the corner of Market and Main Streets is being renovated to soon house residential condominiums and retail space.  This 60,000 square foot building will include ten condominiums and approximately 18,000 square feet of ground floor retail.  Pricing for the condominiums are expected to be about $195 per square foot and they will be sized to suit the buyers.
