Built in 1883 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the three-story Central Block building has been restored as the new location of United Way of Greater Chattanooga. Located at the corner of 7th and Market Streets, this 20,000 square foot brick Italianate building is in the heart of the Central Business District. Construction began in June 2003 and work was completed in early 2004.
