Chattanooga developer Tag Bailey is building a condominium project located at 737 Battery Place and 110 Douglas Street near the Manker Patten Tennis Club near the Tennessee River. The two condo buildings will house 23 units. The exterior will be of brick and stucco with a green metal roof. Units will be approximately 1,600 square feet in size. Each unit will have a large living room with dining area, a master suite and private bath, a walk-in closet and a guest bedroom. Each unit will also include a balcony overlooking the river as well as stackable washer and dryer with kitchen amenities such as granite countertops, dishwasher and island with bar. Each building will have an elevator and gated and covered parking areas. Mr. Bailey says pre-construction sales are now being accepted, starting at $379,000. The condos should be available for occupancy by early fall 2006.
