This mixed-use retail and office development focuses on the adaptive reuse of the former Coca-Cola Bottling plant. The Tortilla Factory restaurant, which opened in summer 2000, the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, which opened in April 2001, The Mellow Mushroom, which opened in February 2002, and the new 140-seat Easy Seafood Company are all elements of this development.
The administration and education offices of The Tennessee Aquarium occupy the second floor of this building.
