Renaissance Park

Renaissance Park is situated on a 23-acre site on the north shore of the Tennessee River across the Market Street Bridge from Chattanooga’s downtown business and tourism district.  The park is built on land that is rich with Chattanooga history. The design of the park reflects this history while providing unique opportunities for recreation and relaxation.

With deep roots in the city’s past, Renaissance Park is also part of the 21st Century Waterfront Plan that sets the stage for Chattanooga’s future. As a result of its history of strategic partnerships and public investments, the area surrounding the park is in the midst of over $100 million of dollars of new private residential and commercial development.
