BridgeView is being developed near the current site of the SunTrust Branch bank at the northern end of the Market Street Bridge and Cherokee Boulevard. This 126,000 s.f. mixed-use development will be housed in a new five-story building including ground floor retail, two levels of parking and 52 residential condominiums. Condominium units will range in size from 870 s.f. - 2,000+ s.f. and prices (except for the penthouse) will range from $200,000 to $500,000.
