Brabson Place is a four-story office, retail and condo project that will hold the headquarters of two local companies. Construction will begin in Fall 2006. The 55,000 square-foot building will house the headquarter offices of both Wolford Development and the Vincit Group. The mixed-use development is scheduled for opening in Fall 2007 and will include commercial space on the ground floor and approximately 100 parking spaces. This site is at the former site of the Election Commission and was purchased from the City, County and RiverCity Company.
