Biography

Jim Williamson’s strong background in both the technical and design industries gives him a unique perspective when working with potential businesses, government, and other strategic partners to advance our downtown. His history of directing sustainability initiatives and managing development projects will be vital as River City Company moves forward with promoting and supporting Chattanooga’s downtown.

Williamson bring 15 years of experience in project management and architecture to River City Company. Most recently he serviced as Director of Pre-construction Services at Kuebler Builders, Inc. Prior to that, Williamson worked as the Senior Project Manager and Director of Sustainability Initiatives at CBL & Associates. Williamson received his Bachelor of Architecture form the University of Tennessee.
