River City Company has benefited from the service of Helen Breter since 1994. Hired as an assistant to the CFO and other Vice Presidents, Breter also performed bookkeeping and accounting functions for River Valley Partners and River City Company. A proponent for downtown revitalization, she was asked to serve on the RiverWalk committee during the construction of Coolidge Park. Now, as office manager, Breter manages the day-to-day operations of keeping River City Company running like a well-oiled machine.
