CDP manages the downtown lighting program for the winter months with over 130 property owners who outline their buildings with sparkling white lights and a lighting program for our trees and parks to extend a warm welcome and truly make downtown a shining centerpiece.
CDP publishes the monthly Downtown Update to keep downtown businesses and property owners abreast of downtown development, issues and events, and the weekly Infoline to promote downtown events and festivals, concerts, athletic events, plays or museum exhibits.
CDP hosts quarterly Roundtable breakfast meetings to provide downtown stakeholders with opportunities to network and learn about plans for growth and economic development.
CDP stimulates economic growth and assures year-round animation of downtown public places with a full agenda of innovative seasonal programming and events, further enhancing the quality of life for downtown residents, visitors and workers.
